Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Email support@traderack.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Need a different size? We'll ship the exchange for free. Just mention it in your return email.
Custom embroidered or company apparel orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship the same day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
