Return Policy
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
Email support@traderack.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll ship the exchange for free. Just mention it in your return email.
Custom / Bulk Orders
Custom embroidered or company apparel orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Common Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship the same day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at support@traderack.com. We can make changes if the order hasn't been processed yet.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes! We ship to military and PO box addresses via USPS. Select Standard Shipping at checkout.
